New Post Series - What to expect

Hello!

I've decided, in an effort to help keep content regular and varied, that I would begin a new blog post series: Weekly Recommendation. Here's what you can expect.

As suggested, I intend to do one of these posts every week; aiming to publish on the same day (I will confirm what day at a later time) of each week.

These recommendations will be related to, but not limited to movies: One week may be a film, the next week may see a book or collectors item or soundtrack take the spotlight.

Some of these movies will be favourites of mine, some will be movies you may not have heard of before.

There will be NO spoilers in any of these posts as the intent is not to review the film; just explain why I think you ought to watch it.

There will be a brief rundown of the plot and I will discuss actors, writers, directors etc, and give background to the narrative as and if required. I will try to explain in as much detail as possible what makes this particular movie so special to me; but I'll never reveal anything that will ruin your viewing experience.

Books, collectables, soundtracks, etc, will be showcased with photos and in depth descriptions: I'm getting quite a collection of film related stuff and this is really just an excuse to waffle on about them. I find them interesting, I suppose somebody else might too!

I think that about covers it for now.
